Frequently asked questions
What is Kaeeky?
Kaeeky is a Greek company that provides an online booking system and a fleet management dashboard for owners of boats, yachts and watercraft. We embed the booking system into your own website — or build you a new site if you don't have one.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you already have a site, we give you a small snippet of code (embed) to copy and paste. If you don't have a site, we build one for you — nothing technical required on your end.
What if I don't have a website?
We build you a professional site with your boats, your branding, and the booking system embedded. The site is yours — no commitment, no lock-in.
How are payments handled?
Payments go through Stripe, one of the most reliable payment platforms in the world. When you sign up, you connect your Stripe account. After every booking, the money is transferred to you automatically.
How many boats can I add?
As many as you want. There's no limit on the number of boats or bookings. You only pay when a booking comes in.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. From your dashboard you can confirm, reschedule, or cancel any booking. The customer is notified automatically.
Who's behind Kaeeky?
Kaeeky is a Greek company based in Greece. We know the issues boat owners deal with because we work in the same industry. Support is available in Greek and English.
What does the dashboard include?
Your dashboard gives you the full picture: boats, bookings, availability calendar, customer details, notifications, and key revenue stats. Everything you need, on one screen.
